What is DiziVizi?

DiziVizi helps users to promote their videos by tagging them to Map locations and time of recording, so other users can find videos based upon their location and time. Users can also request for videos from other members of DiziVizi community. Users can also follow other members and create video playlists.

How it works?

  • John tags his video of Times Square to Times Square NY in Map.
  • Sally visits DiziVizi and navigate to Times Square NY. Now Sally can see John's video.
  • Sally can like John's video or she can comment on it.
  • Sally can share it on various Social sites like Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Sally can add this video to her playlist of 'Favorite Videos in NY', so that she can watch it later or even share with her followers.

How can I use video filters?

Video Filters are effective way to filter out videos from the current view.
  • Category- Filter videos based upon categories.
  • Time - Choose either predefined time range like One hour, one day, one month etc. or you can select custom time ranges.
  • Keywords- Filter videos based upon keywords.
  • Type - Filter videos based upon type videos, requests or both.

How can I add video?

You can add videos to DiziVizi in easy simple steps. Below you can find the necessary instructions to add a video from youtube to DiziVizi.
  • Go to Map link
  • Click the Add video Icon from the Top header. (It will hide all the existing videos from the map.)
  • Click on the map any point close to your preferred location (i.e. Golden gate bridge).
  • You will get a pop-up to Add new Video.
  • Copy the URL of your youtube video.
  • DiziVizi will fetch the video details from youtube. Update title, category, keywords and recorded time if required.
  • Click on "Ok" button to save your video.
  • You will see a new video icon on map. Click on that icon to watch your newly added video.
  • You can share your video on various social mediums like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest etc.

How can I request for video?

You can request videos to DiziVizi in easy simple steps. Below you can find the necessary instructions to request a video.
  • Go to Map link
  • Click the Add video Icon from the Top header. (It will hide all the existing videos from the map.)
  • Click on the map any point close to your preferred location (i.e. Golden gate bridge).
  • You will get a pop-up to Add new Video.
  • Select "Request for Video" tab.
  • Update title, category and recorded time if required.
  • Click on "Ok" button to save your request.
  • You will see a new request icon on map. Click on that icon to see request details.
  • You can share your request on various social mediums like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest etc.
  • DiziVizi will notify you, once someone add a video for your request.

How can I add a video for a particular request?

You can add video for a request in easy simple steps. Below you can find the necessary instructions to add a video for a request:
  • Go to Map link
  • Search for requests
  • Click on the the request link.
  • You will get a pop-up with request details.
  • Click on the "add video" link.
  • You will get a pop-up to Add new Video.
  • Copy the URL of your youtube video.
  • DiziVizi will fetch the video details from youtube. Update title, category, keywords and recorded time if required.
  • Click on "Ok" button to save your video.
  • You will see a new video icon on map and request icon will go away. Click on that icon to watch your newely added video.
  • You can share your video on various social mediums like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest etc.
  • DiziVizi will notify the owner and followers of the request.

How can I sign up?

Go to Sign up page. You can join DiziVizi in 2 ways:
1. By using Social account - You can use your existing Social account like Facebook and Google to join DiziVizi. It's safe and we don't post anything on your profile. Click on the image of your preferred account. It will open a new window asking you the permission to use your basic profile info including your email address.
2. By entering your email address and password. You will get a confirmation email from us.

How can I update my profile?

Go to Update profile page.

How can I update my profile picture?

Go to Update profile picture page.

How can I follow other users?

Go to the profile page of any user and look for "Follow" button on the top. You can "Unfollow" them later on, if you want.

How can I send messages to other users?

Go to the profile page of any user and look for "Message" link on the top.

What are DiziVizi's credits?

DiziVizi's Credits are rewards points for contributing to DiziVizi community. You can earn credits by adding videos, adding requests to DiziVizi. You get more credits when your video or request receives Likes.

How can I create a video playlist?

Go to the Playlists page and click on "New playlist" button.

How can I add a video into a playlist?

In the video details dialog, click on the "Add to" tab and select the playlist.

How can I link my YouTube channel to DiziVizi?

In the Channels, click on the "Link Channel" button. You will be redirected to Google page to allow us to get a "READ ONLY" access to your channel. Once you approve, you will see your channel in the Channels page. Click on the channel name to go to channel details page. You can see videos from your channel and their status on DiziVizi. You can add a video to DiziVizi or transfer your existing videos under your account.

How can I use My Maps feature of DiziVizi?

Create custom Maps with videos and show them on your websites and blogs using HTML IFRAME. You can specify the location and Video filters like category, keywords and Time range to show specefic videos in your map. It's safe and secure to use on any website, as we are using IFRAMES.
Please follw the below steps to use DiziVizi's My Maps feature:

  1. Go to My Maps page.
  2. Create a new map using link "Create new Map"
  3. In the "Add Map" page, please specify Title, Location and optional filters (User, category, keywords).
  4. Once You click on the "Save map" button, you will see the HTML "Embed Code". It should look like this:
    <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://dizivizi.com/mm/46" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  5. You can use this code on any website or blog.
